Jamie Prickett is a proud husband and father of 9 children. He and his wife, Lee-Ann launched Experior Financial Group Inc. in January 2014. They have lived their entire lives in Ontario, Canada. After being in the insurance industry for a combined 20 years, Jamie and Lee-Ann knew there had to be a better way to build a business in the industry. Their company now staffs over 80 individuals, and contracts 40+ developers for their tech platform, and have grown their sale force to over 6200 licensed agents, and 30 branch locations offices across Canada. They began expanding their business in 2021 in the USA and became the first Canadian insurance agency to expand into the USA market and are now licensed in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Shawn Redford spent over 30 years in the industry and he's done everything! Personal and commercial banking. Managed a mutual fund dealer and an IMO in Canada. Worked as part of the Advanced Tax & Estate planning team at Manulife, Canada's largest insurance company. He also spent several years training and supporting financial advisors as a wholesaler. But he's also been an advisor, just like all of you. He actually won an award for a financial planning program he created and, before selling his businesses in 2009, Shawn was #2 in sales for Canada's largest IMO, so he knows what it means to struggle and then to find success in this business. He's an avid sports fan and loves the Beatles!
